This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and related planning services arranged with Cabin Business Finance Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105104332181). Fees are agreed per engagement; the figures below describe standard market-consistent terms proposed pending business confirmation.
Eligibility
You may request a refund when we cancel a session, when you cancel within the allowed window before work begins, or when we fail to deliver agreed planning deliverables outlined in your engagement letter.
Cancellation by you
- More than 7 calendar days before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling once.
- 3–7 days before: 50% refund or one reschedule without extra charge.
- Less than 3 days before or no-show: no refund; we may offer partial credit at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we must reschedule or cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra cost.
Work already started
If you approved a multi-session engagement and we have delivered the first working session or shared customised workbooks, fees for completed work are non-refundable; unused prepaid balance may be refunded proportionally.
Deposits
Deposits hold your calendar slot. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows above unless your engagement letter states otherwise.
How to request a refund
Email info@servicecabinbase.click or call +66-2-643-5218 with your name, engagement date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible; bank transfers may take additional clearing time.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (licences, rush courier, etc.) are non-refundable once incurred.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is included when you notify us at least 7 days ahead. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee noted in your engagement letter.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
